Hardware and RMA service offered until ▪ September 30th, 2028 Axis will continue to give hardware and RMA service for 6 years after the discontinuation date. As long as the product is within the warranty period and it is not warranty void, the warranty terms for RMA still apply. If the warranty period has expired, the Out of Warranty price list applies. Axis RMA service will be based on the discontinued product as the primary alternative.
