In the camera’s web interface, go to System > Plain config , select group Network , and clear LLDP Send Max PoE . Low temperatures At low temperatures, the device warms up before it starts. It can take up to 30 seconds to warm up, and during this time the PoE STATUS LED on port 1 flashes green every other second.
