LTS firmware tracks will still receive security patches • Final order date ▪ February 1th 2020 The forecasted final date that the discontinued product/s can be purchased from Axis. Please note that an unforeseen increase in demand can cause products to be out of stock before the final order date. • End of Support ▪ February 1th 2025 Axis will continue to give world-class support and RMA service for 5 years after the final order date. As long as the product is within the warranty period, the RMA service is for free. If the warranty period has expired, the Out of Warranty price list applies. Axis RMA service will be based on the discontinued product as the primary alternative. When this is not possible, the replacement product will automatically be the alternative stated in the table above.
